How to close a ticket.

Once your ticket has been completed by the Operations Team it will be marked as resolved.

 

This allows you a chance to do your own quality control on your ticket before you close it. Once you are satisfied you simply close your ticket by:

 

1. Entering the Check ticket status section

2. Listing your Resolved or Closed Tickets

3. Using the "Mark ticket as Closed" icon to close the ticket

4. Quickly provide feedback on our customer service survey.
